A consultation fee of $35 applies if treatment is not required or is deemed unsuitable following your assessment.
If earwax softening treatment is needed before removal, the $35 consultation fee will apply at your first visit. Once the removal is completed at your follow-up appointment, the full service fee will be charged.
Medicare rebates are not available.
Home Visit Call-out Fees are in addition to the standard service fee.
