Hi there, and welcome to Ear Revival Clinic!

I’m Belinda Seel, AHPRA registered paramedic, founder of ERC, and proud mum of twins.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine and over 10 years of experience as a paramedic, I’ve developed a deep understanding of patient care and community health. After years of prehospital shift work, I found myself craving something different, a way to stay close to the clinical work I love while building something that also allowed me to be present for my family and contribute meaningfully to my community. Ear Revival Clinic was born from exactly that.

Ear health has always been close to my heart. My sister Nicole is the talented audiologist behind Evergreen Audiology, and watching her passion for hearing health over the years opened my eyes to just how much of a difference clear, healthy ears can make to someone’s quality of life. When I discovered micro-suction earwax removal, I knew I’d found my niche, a gentle, effective, and deeply satisfying service that makes a real difference to people every single day.

What I love most about ERC is the people. Coming from emergency care, I spent years meeting people on the worst days of their lives. Now I get to meet them on an ordinary Tuesday and send them home hearing the world more clearly. That shift, from reactive to preventative care, feels like exactly where I’m meant to be.

ERC is a family boutique business and I intend to keep it that way. Nicole and I share a space and support each other’s work because for us, it’s about more than business, it’s about family. Together we offer a comprehensive, accessible ear health service that truly looks after our clients from every angle.
