Micro-Suction Earwax Removal

Micro-suction is widely regarded as the safest and most effective method of earwax removal available. Using a microscopic lens and a fine suction device, we gently and precisely clear your ear canal with minimal discomfort - no water, no mess, no fuss.

Suitable for all ages, including those with sensitive ears, infections or hearing aids.

Softening drops may be recommended following your initial appointment for heavily impacted wax.

Video Otoscopy

Included with every appointment, video otoscopy allows you to see exactly what’s happening inside your ear canal - before and after treatment. It’s a powerful tool that not only gives you peace of mind but also provides clear visual documentation that can be shared with your GP or specialist.

Ear Infection Assessment & Treatment Support

Experiencing ear pain, discharge, or persistent discomfort? We will perform a thorough ear assessment using video otoscopy and document the clinical findings in a detailed report - sent directly to your GP or preferred clinician to support prompt treatment.

If you don’t have a GP or need same-day support, we can connect you with a telehealth doctor the same day.

Foreign Object Assessment

Something in your ear that shouldn’t be there? It happens more than you’d think - and it’s important to have it assessed by an experienced clinician rather than attempting removal at home. We will assess the situation carefully and advise on the safest next steps, which may include micro-suction or manual removal with specialised tools.

Prices

A consultation fee of $35 applies if treatment is not required or is deemed unsuitable following your assessment.

If earwax softening treatment is needed before removal, the $35 consultation fee will apply at your first visit. Once the removal is completed at your follow-up appointment, the full service fee will be charged.

All prices include GST.
